The Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville @ Bronte conference facilities can accommodate groups from 5 to 250. The Royal Majestic Ballroom accommodates up to 200 for banquets or 250 in a reception style setting. The Halton Ballroom, Majestic Ballroom, and Royal Majestic Ballroom are dividable allowing them to be easily reconfigured for intimate gatherings or mid sized events. We also offer many other rooms that are ideally suited for small breakout groups or meetings.
